This moody series emerged after participating in intensive 5-day painting workshops with artists Catie Radney and Jean Pedersen. Both artists had a profound influence on me during a period when I was fervently sketching but struggling to translate those ideas into larger works. Following these workshops, my tiny sketches evolved into large paintings that are simple yet command a strong presence in any space.
