The painted cuff series all began life as a leather belt. Those belts were then cut, snapped and made into cuffs. The painted part comes into play when I added painted canvas, which has been varnished, for protection. 
 
After crafting the cuff I  added the canvas to this  super soft brown leather cuff. Love these camp style cuffs!
